Absolutely. We work with clients worldwide — all communication and delivery is handled remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. We have completed projects for clients in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more. Our remote-first setup means geography is never a barrier.

These timelines depend on prompt client feedback and content provision — delays in providing content are the most common cause of project delays.

💰 Pricing & Payment
Questions about costs, payment methods, and what's included.

We accept: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money (Tanzania), bank transfer (CRDB, NMB, NBC), and international payments via Wise or PayPal for overseas clients. All payment details are provided in your project agreement.

Standard payment structure: 50% deposit before project starts, 50% on final delivery before code/files are handed over. For larger projects (over $500), we can structure payments into three milestones. We never ask for 100% upfront — you pay the final balance only when you're satisfied with the delivered work.

Never. Every quote is fixed-price and itemised. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay — no surprise invoices, no scope creep charges (unless you request additional features beyond the agreed scope). If you request changes that go beyond the original brief, we'll quote those separately before proceeding.

The 50% deposit covers discovery, planning, and initial design work — this is non-refundable once work has started. If the project is cancelled after the deposit but before completion, you keep all completed work to that point. We go through multiple review stages to ensure alignment, so project cancellations due to dissatisfaction are extremely rare in our experience.

📋 Process & Delivery

Primary communication is via WhatsApp for quick updates and approvals, and email for formal documentation, proposals, and deliverables. We provide weekly progress updates on all projects over 2 weeks in duration. You'll always know exactly where your project stands — no radio silence.

Website design includes 2 rounds of revisions on the design mockup and 1 round of revisions on the built site before launch. Content writing includes 2 revision rounds per piece. Software systems include revisions throughout the development process via sprint reviews. Additional revisions beyond these are quoted at an hourly rate.

For a website: your logo (if you have one), brand colours, any existing content (text/images), examples of sites you like, and your business information. We provide a detailed project brief template that guides you through exactly what we need. If you don't have a logo or brand colours, we can design those as an add-on.

Post-launch, you receive: all source files and credentials, Google Analytics and Search Console access, a training walkthrough, and 30+ days of free support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. We also monitor your site's Core Web Vitals and Search Console for the first month and flag any issues we notice.

🖥️ Hosting & Business Email
Questions about hosting, domains, SSL, and professional email setup.

We configure hosting on any provider you already have, or recommend quality SSD cPanel hosting with 99.9% uptime — typically Namecheap, Hostinger, or local Tanzanian providers depending on your audience location. We handle the full setup: file upload, database configuration, PHP version, SSL, email, and DNS. We don't charge hosting fees ourselves — you own your hosting account directly.

Spam delivery is almost always caused by missing or misconfigured email authentication records — SPF, DKIM, and/or DMARC. These DNS records authenticate your domain with receiving mail servers. Without them, Gmail, Outlook, and other providers flag your emails as potential spam. We set all three records correctly and verify using professional tools to achieve a 10/10 email deliverability score.

Yes. We handle full site migrations: file transfer, database export/import, DNS update, SSL reinstallation, and post-migration testing. We time migrations carefully to minimise downtime — typically under 30 minutes of unavailability. All backups are made before migration begins.

Both work. A .com domain has global trust and recognition — good for businesses targeting international clients or aiming for a global brand. A .co.tz domain signals local Tanzanian presence — useful for businesses primarily serving local customers and wanting to rank for Tanzanian search queries. Many businesses use both, with the .com as primary and .co.tz redirecting to it.
